If you can not figure out when you got your last bonus. No worries, You can go ahead and apply, If you will get denied because of this reason, there will not be a hard pull on your report.

Being a authorized user on a sapphire card will not affect your eligibility, Even if you are a AU on a sapphire card you are still eligible for the bonus.

If you opened 5 or more new cards in the last 24 months then you are not eligible to get a Chase card.
Only personal cards will count as only they come up on your report (Except of capital one business cards that will count as they also come up on your report)
